Who to contact when having problems with Wren Kitchens?

Hi
We've just had a wren kitchen installed and have several issues with it (loss of plug sockets and light switch(!), missing and damaged parts and damage made to our boiler and washing machine by the Wren Installers). We have been dealing with their installation team, who referred us back to the showroom and they then referred us back to the regional installation team. He then suggested a solution that we agreed would work but then a week later the showroom rang and said that he had changed his mind and they were no longer going to carry out the remedial work. I asked if I could be contacted to find out why and they said that the regional installation manager would contact me. I have not heard anything from him in over 2 weeks and I am no longer getting any response from the installation team who I was dealing with originally because our case has been handed over to the regional manager. Can anyone advise who I should contact next?
Thank you

Have you fully paid for the kitchen and installation or is there a final payment to be made.?
If there still is a payment then you could use this as a lever to get the issues fixed.0 -
