trying to get a double pole isolation switch fitted, no reply from EON - worth changing supplier??

It cost me 1 can of Punk IPA to get the British Gas smart meter fitter to install my (£12 from Toolstation) isolator switch while he was swapping my meter. Sounds like that's not an option in this case.
