Hermes, Evri new website Arggghhh

Needed to use a courier today, wanted to use Hermes as I can walk to new parcel shop. Went direct to Hermes. Its now Evri with a new website. Postcode linked address was partially wrong, Asked to register in but couldn't as email address already in use, clicked back and lost information already filled in. Tried Hermes log in which worked. Paypal payment went to, Whoops, we haven't sorted this yet page. Card payment needed full address details. Finally paid, couldn't download label to print either from their site, error message or through email conformation link, button did nothing. Tried online chat, nonsense from robot, asked to speak to a human, email address was requested presumably to email back within X days. Considered cancelling but would still be using Hermes/Evri through P2go and didn't trust their incompetent new site would process my refund without further problems.
What should have been an easy five minutes was an extended PITA.
Ten minutes after giving up trying to print and hoping their print in store machine would actually work without the qr code, it did with a six digit code, I got an email from pargel2go advising today is the first day for Evri.
Argggghhh.

There is an evri.com site. Maybe you will have more luck if you contact them there rather than using old hermes domain email addresses.

Hermes stopped responding to me (and when they had done, it was just generic emails) after the contents of my parcel (trainers) was stolen in February this year and replaced with a pair of Zara Jeans. Is anyone missing a pair of these?? I sent the requested photos of the parcel, all the documentation and still nothing. Hermes/Evri's website is hopeless, no tel no, the automated service when I eventually found a number doesn't recognise my Tracking Number or Incident number and neither does the Live Chat which won't go near "Complaint" or "Missing goods"in its options. I have written to Delange and told him it is driving me almost to tears of frustration. I can't find any contact details for Evri on their website, otherwise I would write. Are they Evri Insight?martindow said:There is an evri.com site. Maybe you will have more luck if you contact them there rather than using old hermes domain email addresses.0 -
evri sent me a link for a claim form that does not work (oops page) does anyone have a link for it?
evri stopped replying when I told them this.
I could only contact evri via CEO email, they make it impossible to contact them otherwise.
