Hello,

I did do a quick search and could only find very old threads. 

Does anyone have any recent experiences of Crystal Travel? They seem like they are £200-£400 cheaper than other places for flights to the USA. I've looked at reviews and in some places they seem fine and then other sites say to avoid! 

Any help would be much appreciated

If you are booking a simple flight and have no plans to change anything, and also feel comfortable that the airline will make no changes or cancellations, then you might be okay.  

If you feel comfortable booking and have all your details correct, plus don’t expect any after sales care or attention, then you might be fine.

Many of those who post on review sites will report their negative experiences. Few will bother to post positive experiences, or just that everything went as planned. Many negative comments can stem from mistakes made by the person booking, not checking details before confirming the request, agreeing to booking terms they have not read, or just have unrealistic and unreasonable expectations of what an online ticket seller can or will do.  

The potential saving needs to be traded off against possible agro if travel plans need to change.
