Telephone price increase

Working for a charity, our monthly billing has increased from £180 +VAT per month to £232.89 +VAT per month which is £52.89 price increase per month. This is an increase of 29.38% and surely is something that can be disputed?
Any help or support on this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked the terms and conditions of your contract with your telephone provider? Without knowing their terms and your contracts, it is very difficult to give suggestions. Is this an increase in base charge or inclusive of call costs?

Have you spoken to them to find out if you can switch to an alternative contract?

Bear in mind that in a business to business contract, you're expected to read and understand the terms of the contract before you sign - no cooling off periods, for example.

so find the contract, when did it start, how long is it to run for, what provision is made for increases?

Have you added more lines or handsets? Is this an analog system, or some kind of internet system?
