Have you tried using DPD’s redirect/not at home change ?
It is impossible to cancel a change of address on-line
I mistakenly set my 2nd delivery option to a neighbour (to use if I am NOT in)
The delivery will now be made to a neighbour – not to myself
It now shows as "Delivery will be made to <neighbours address>"
And there’s no way to revert it.....!
And you try to contact DPD
They use chat - but only if you are the sender
Facebook messages are ignored
The phone number rings and rings unanswered
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

It is annoying and when I did it recently I did manage to update the delivery options using the APP. I added a further delivery point of 'other' and put a note in that box to say I had set the delivery incorrect and we would be at home. It was delivered to us at home.0

I have the same each time. I think it is just a mistake on their app as each time I have still had them attempt my home address 1st.0

Not a rant about redirect / not at home.Ordered a picture frame, it arrived via DPD today.Wife says to check it as soon as it arrives for damage (after reading online reviews)DPD turn up so I go down and wait by front door, there is a pause before the doorbell goes.Drive mumbles something to me and pegs it ASAP.We are opening the package to check immediately but he has vanished before we open the box. Sure enough glass in frame is smashed.Driver knows it was broken and runs off before we can query / reject delivery. If he'd been honest we'd have been relaxed about it as our use for frame doesn't need glass in it (for poster) but that it was deliberately handed over broken....May you find your sister soon Helli.
