EE Default

back in 2018 I went to prison . I wrote to EE in Feb 2018 from prison informing them about my situation and I want them to place my account on hold. EE received the letter Jan 19. unknown to me EE had placed a default on my credit file.

I tried to resolve the dispute with EE to no avail , I went to the ombudsman  , gave them provisions in my contract that allowed me to cancel the contract . the ombudsman ruled in EE favour saying there is no evidence that EE received the letter.

Now I want to take EE to court to remove the default and refund me of subsequent charges after i gave them the notice to cancel.

Please how do I take EE to court and also any advice on how to go about it
