Bungalows are expensive to buy because of the relatively large amount of land they sit on, so not an obvious choice for landlords and investors who would need to charge higher rents to cover the initial outlay.
The bungalows that were coming up in the area are not much dearer than the houses around the £195k to £200k mark and the houses are around the same except for a couple that are up for around 145k for a 3 bedroom.0
