    When is your Broker back?

Has a valuation been booked via the Estate Agent?

I applied via a broker last Monday 7th March, the case was keyed onto the tracker on Friday, says they're reviewing my payslips etc. & today the valuation has been instructed.

You can try Call NatWest yourself. Go through security questions. Get the mortgage reference number. Then track it yourself?

I am in a similar situation. The application has been submitted via broker on 2 March. I haven't heard anything since.

Broker is only saying they are chasing, but there's no movement at all on NatWest's side. I am really concerned about it.

You should try calling Natwest and see if you can get the tracker number from them to track your application status

I used their live chat. They gave me a tracking number and provided more information. They booked the valuation for yesterday, but still my documents haven't been fully reviewed.

I am not happy with my broker who told me there was no reference number and no updates from NatWest.

So you've managed to get your valuation booked for the 15th, or are they yet to give you a date?

We've just been informed by our mortgage broker that the valuation was booked by Natwest but it's for the 5th of April, 3 whole weeks from now, and none of our documents have been reviewed as of yet either.
