Travelling to the US in April. Guidance states that we must all test the day before travel OR provide documentation of recovery from covid in the last 90 days. We've all has covid recently so this applies to us. My question is whether the children (who are not vaccinated) can use the documentation of recovery or if they still need to test? I've read the guidance but just need some clarification on this. Many thanks

I expect lateral flow tests would be a simpler solution that going down the recovery route. US require a letter that would involve a private doctor and likely cost £70+ each0

Also the documentation if recovery would negate the need for them having to test on day 3-5 while we are there0
