How can I find the right replacement for dry verge units?

After the storms a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that two dry verge units were missing in the corner of the roof. I'm not sure how this happened since the house was built in 2014, is overall in good condition and everything seemed fine.
I got a roofer to put two new dry verge units covering the missing ones, but the two new units were clearly not the same model: different colour, different shape, they don't even fit properly and are heavily misaligned with the rest of the dry verge on that side of the roof.
The roofer told me that they couldn't find the exact same model at that time and just put these two units to cover the hole for now, and that they would find new units that match better and will come to replace them at no extra cost. However, having already paid the job and not having heard back from them in two weeks, I have little hope that this will be properly fixed.
This is upsetting because it's in the corner that can be seen from the roads around and it doesn't look good at all.
I was wondering how hard it is to find a replacement for a dry verge unit that looks and fits well with the original dry verge I have in my house. I have tried to search online but I'm not sure how to look for it. I live in a townhouse with 3 floors and it's too high to be seen clearly from the street. I'm not sure if it is easy and how I can find a good replacement. All I know is that my house was built by Keepmoat homes in 2014 but I have been unable to find out which model of dry verge was used in my house.
Any advice please?

First port of call could be to chase the roofers.
They've all been very busy with the storms work and may have forgotten or just not had time to order in the parts (or may now just be waiting for parts on 'back order' to come into their suppliers).
Next would be to ask Keepmoat homes? They may keep records of major parts used on different developments, including yours? Neighbours on the estate might know? It could even be on the Planning Application (as such thing can be detailed on the drawings) via your Council website.
Otherwise it's perhaps taking decent quality pics of the parts to the big builders merchants to hopefully identify?
