Private parking solutions (London) Limited - issued to the wrong name on Parking Charge Name

Hi.
As the registered keeper I received a Parking Charge Notice from PPS.
However, even though they got the right address, they didnt have the spelling of my name on the charge (both first name and surname).
Is this enough grounds to say that they have did not comply with the conditions in the Protection of Freedoms Act so the parking company would not be able to enforce keeper liability using the Protection of Freedoms Act?
I was planning on sending them this, Keen to hear your thoughts:
As the Parking Charge Notice mentioned above had a different Registered Keeper (both first and surname) to that of the vehicle, you have failed to meet the requirements of PoFA 2012 schedule 4 it is a nullity.
You have failed to comply with the requirements of Schedule 4 of The Protection Of Freedoms Act 2012 namely, but not limited to, failing to deliver the notice within the relevant period of 14 days as prescribed by section 9 (4) of the Act. You cannot, therefore, transfer liability for the alleged charge from the driver at the time to me, the keeper.
There is no legal requirement to name the driver at the time and I will not be doing so.
Therefore I am under no obligation to name the driver and will not be doing so, and will not respond to any further communication asking for the drivers details from yourselves or debt collection agencies.Any further communication with me on this matter, apart from confirmation of no further action and my details being removed from your records, will be considered vexatious and harassment.
I require you to cancel this charge immediately and remove my personal data from your systems within 21 days.

Have you checked that the details on your V5C (log book) are correct?. The ppc would have obtained your details from the data contained on the DVLA records.3

Even if your V5C is wrong, you should still appeal a private parking charge. Template appeal is in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
