Zing Flowers & Prezzo ‘Mother’s Day’ promotion on the Heart & Smooth Network March 2022 – Specific Rules. 
 
1.    The  Zing Flowers & Prezzo ‘Mother’s Day’  promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 14th March 2022 to Tuesday 22nd March 2022 on the Heart Network & Smooth Network. Global is the Promoter. 
2.    IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.    To enter the Promotion, you must: 
(i) go online to the Promotion entry page at heart.co.uk/win or smooth.co.uk/win and register your details. 
(ii) Answer the multiple choice question 
4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 14th March 2022 and close at 10:00am on Tuesday 22nd March 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 
5.    Once the promotion has ended, one entrant from all entries received will be selected at random to be the winner.  
6.    That winner will be contacted by one of our representatives via the telephone number provided in their entry. If the entrant cannot be contacted within 24 hours from first being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner.  

Eligibility:

7.    The Promotion is only open to residents of mainland UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.  The winner who submitted the entry, must be able to provide a name, address, email and contact telephone number to arrange delivery of the prize. 
8.     Entrants can only win once during the ‘Zing Flowers & Prezzo Mother’s Day’ Promotion.

9. The winner will receive the following prize:
•    A beautiful bouquet from the Zing Flowers Mother’s Day collection.
•    Prosecco & Chocolates from Zing Flowers.
•    £100 Prezzo meal voucher-

    The Prezzo £100 voucher can be used at any participating Prezzo restaurant, in conjunction with any valid Prezzo offer and on any items from the menu. No change will be given but the balance of the gift card can be kept for future purchases. 
    The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
    The voucher may not be exchanged for cash. The Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, or change card.
    The voucher may not be used to pay for food and drink to a higher value than the value stored on the card. Any additional spend over and above the voucher value (£100) must be paid for by cash or credit/ debit card.
    Prezzo Restaurants reserve the right to amend their T&Cs at any time.
    The voucher is valid for 1 year. Once this card expires, any remaining balance will be cancelled and cannot be recredited.
    Once the voucher expires any remaining balance will be voided and cannot be recredited.
    Prezzo and Zing Flowers do not accept responsibility for any voucher which is lost, stolen or damaged and it cannot be replaced.

10. Prize fulfilment will be via Global. 
11. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.
13. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.  You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time. 
17. We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. 19. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
