I be switched been to over to British Gas after Bristol Energy went bust when will expect payment

Hi so basically I got switched to British had after my old company when bust I used to pay my bill Via direct Debit on the 15th each month however I just got my final bill for Febuary and downloaded the app my Acount says switch but I ve gotten no date a new paymentSo not. When they are wanting payment when do they normally ask for payment
