Electric hot water tap (not boiling)

Does anyone know of a product that can supply 'hand temperature' hot water via electric means?

There are plenty that can provide instant boiling water but I am looking for something that can provider lower temperature hot water electrically and not from another source.

We are in the process of planning the refurbishment of an inherited property and looking at the possibility of removing the gas supply. For heating I am looking at heat pumps/air conditioners which look highly efficient. The shower I will make electric. But for washing up we need hot water in both the kitchen and shower room.

Thanks

Mains feed hot water storage from 10Lt to 150 ltr depending on usage ie have you a bath?
Solar roof panels linked into it. Loads of choices, depends on usage and budget
A thankyou is payment enough .

Is there space for an unvented cylinder? It will supply hot water to everwhere and you won't need an electric shower.
Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.

Not really, I am doing away with the existing gravity system completely in order to release space from a bedroom. I suppose I could put an unvented (pressurised) system in the loft and heat with an immersion heater, maybe use the coil for heating from a future source such as solar.

You'd be better electricity cost wise using the ashp to heat an unvented HW cylinder.  1kw in may give 3 kW out (or more if lucky).  That tank could use solar panels, if installed,  diverted to an immersion element (and backup to the ashp) or solar water heating to supplement the ashp.
(Install costs may be a different matter with such options though).

Only material if the eventual renter / purchaser of the property is electric consumption savvy.

Electric showers are dirt cheap but an expensive way to heat the water.  As will be those under sink units.  You'll need two (or more) as most expect a HW tap in bathroom and downstairs loo (if there is one).

Most people on the energy forums would probably advise you to retain gas for central heating and hot water (apart from a few ashp evangelists).

Insulate Insulate Insulate.  Then draughtproof. Before even contemplating the ashp.
