I've been given a quote of £1800 lo lay 52.1sqm of engineereed wood . No beading will remove skirting. Labor only. This is a new build in Hertfordshire

    why would a new build have skirting on already ? . done well and properly that's not a bad price . A hard weeks work for 2 grafters . screwed down not a nail gun though
