I've been given a quote of £2800. En suite 2,7sqm, Family bath 4sqm and utility 27sqm. Labor only. This is a new build in Hertfordshire
Is this fair?

Are those areas correct or is that the floor area and that's all that's being tiled? The en-suite and bathroom seem too small and the utility too big? I take it the quote is from the developer who'll be doing it as part of the house build?Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0

Pop over to the energy board and do a search on electric UFH - A lot of people appear to be shocked at the rise in electricity bills when the UFH is switched on. Even a modest area can be costly to run.Depending on what stage the construction is at, you would be better off looking at wet UFH linked to the CH system - When Air/Ground heat source pumps become "standard" equipment, you will be in a better position to heat the area (A/G HSP is a good match with wet UFH).Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.1
