in IVA & DRO
Hello
Just after some advice
I had an IVA in 2015 and it was settled in 2020 and I received the final settlement certificate.
I have only just discovered after looking at my Experian credit score account that the IVA is still showing on my account
I was under the impression that after 6 years this would be removed completely
Could anyone advise me how to make sure this IVA comes off my account as my credit score is still affected
Thank you

That sounds odd. What date is it showing for the IVA?1

Whilst your credit score is just a gimmick, the fact your IVA is still showing certainly is not, check the date it was registered, it should vanish 6 years after that date.
If its gone past that date, register a complaint with the 3 main CRA`s.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. I settled in 2017 and was under the impression it would be off my account 6 years after the start date
It was a shock to discover it was still on my record when I checked a few days ago0 -

And I ended up settling it in 2017
I have submitted this letter to Experian yesterday
When you say 3 CRA's who are they?0 -
The 3 CRAs are Experian, Equifax and Transunion
You should never pay for a report

If a CRA is showing an IVA with start date June 2015 then you complain to that CRA that it should have been removed last year
