I was a big user of topcashback for a long time, I stopped using them as it became a chore chasing up the cashback everytime.
I used then last year to take a 1 year fix with scottish power, cashback has not been paid after 11 months, its is tracked, but stalled at that stage, I have contacted both parties and been fobbed off, anyone else having similar issues?
