Late/delayed refund

in Credit cards
I have a nationwide credit card and used it to pay for flights via Expedia. The flight was cancelled and Expedia say they processed the refund within 5 working days but I did not get it so I rang them and they said Delta had not issued the refund yet. So I waited and it has been more than a month. Can I ask Nationwide to look into this? Or is there anything else I could do?

You could try a chargeback if it's within the deadline.Otherwise you have to leave it as credit card cover (s75) doesn't cover indirect payments via a processor like Expedia. If you are still stuck, claim on your travel insurance but I'd keep pushing Expedia1
