Thanks to some helpful posts on here I downloaded the Bright App to help me keep on eye on my energy usage. I completed the online registration etc and have received email to see that my details have been verified but when I log on the the app it says "We are now getting your app up and running" then some blurb about it can take 24 hours to get the energy data, which of course is fine but it has said this since last Wednesday the same day as I got the email, it's Saturday today so it's been over 72 hours. I am not sure if I should be doing anything else? If i tab of the message I have the following options:

Settings
Devices
Messages
Support
Log Out
If I tap the home screen I just get the above message. I have restarted my phone also just incase..
