Roof/Guttering - water down external wall

Cam home last night and spotted a damp patch as water was running down the outside wall below where a roof valley ends and the guttering ends. Looking closely as I can from ground level directly underneath it looked like the roof slate was a couple of cm short of the guttering and water was dripping from the slate through the gap onto the brick wall rather than going in the gutter.

We had the valley replaced a couple of years ago with a dry valley (was originally just cemented but was leaking) and the gutter is the length it was originally but not seen any problems until yesterday. Can't tell if something has happened to the last slate (looks a bit strange zooming in on phone camera) to cause it in the storms over the winter or if it was also there and the guttering needs extending.

Attached some pictures but just wondering if anyone can spot anything and if I should be calling a roofer or a guttering company? Thanks in advance.

It might be storm damage - I would have expected the slate & valley to extend down to the gutter. It looks like you may be missing a short section of verge tile. A roofer should be able to sort it out without too much difficulty if you can find one - Been trying to get my roof "done" for over a year now....

I would try to get hold of the company who did the original work.  Not to claim they did shoddy work, but to say you think something shifted in the storms and ask them to look at it.  They should be best placed to do a proper repair.

It needs a piece of sheet lead under the end of the valley and dressing round, shoddy work if that’s how the roofers left? Shoddy work if it has fallen out. Get the original cowboys back to do it foc
A thankyou is payment enough .
