Thank you

Hi all
Just wanted to post to say thank you for the advice provided on this forum. I have been lurking, reading the threads and taking on board the suggestions and template defences etc (particularly from the 'newbies' thread) for some time to fight my own case.

Yesterday I got the written judgment through following last weeks telephone hearing at the Court, and was delighted to find out I had successfully defended the claim.

The written judgment is quite detailed, so i imagine that the least I can do is to share it with the mods of this board so they can potentially help other people who find themselves in a similar predicament, if they think it would help?

Once again, thank you. I couldn't have done it without you.

Well done on your win. Are you saying that the case was heard on papers, not face to face or a 'phone/video hearing?

Win or lose, seeing judgments helps the regulars to understand what's in the minds of judges, so please do share yours with the forum.

  • Thank you Fruitcake.

The case was heard by a telephone hearing. Unfortunately we ran out of time though, prior to the judge passing his final judgment, so he promised to send a detailed written one, which I have now received.

Very well done and I look forward to reading the judgment.

Which parking firm, which solicitors and location of car park please?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Congrats!  ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

We love a successful written judgment, yes please so people can quote the claim number, Judge's name, Court and date of hearing.  Detailed judgments can be very useful indeed to others.
