British GasStatements

I have had 2 statements for my usage and bills since November. They have since reversed the bills and issued new ones. However I cannot download them from the web page so have no idea what my current financial position is. They have said they will send paper copies but that does not help me much further down the line. I have tried the phone app and can see the old data but nothing new.
Anyone else with a similar problem and an idea of how to solve it.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Log in to your account  > Billing
    In

    Your bills

    Your electricity statements

it should then list your bills.
Right click on 'Download' and then 'Save File' when your browser prompts you.
Try a different browser if necessary.

Had the same issue multiple bills created and then cancelled, really annoying as you don’t know where you stand.

Thanks for the assist, I've done that before and again after you suggested it, in case I got it wrong. No joy, the download box does not highlight and allow me to save file. Using both Firefox and Chrome.. I havn't tried Edge yet but will next.

@peter_the_piper Try relaxing your cookie restrictions, ad blocker etc.  Or download a new browser such as Vivaldi or Brave (with shields down).  You'll find something that works if you relax the settings.

Tried them thanks but no change. The mobile app also shows errors so its probably them at fault. Hopefully it'll change sooner rather than later. They've said they'll send a paper statement so we'll see.

If you cannot download the bills then use print screen on the PC. You only need the parts where it shows the meter numbers and prices for the period the rest can be ignored.
One supplier I was with didn't allow the option to download bills so I used this method and as I knew the bills were incorrect I complained sending then the screen captures I had, they wanted me to delete them but I never did, pity I don't still have them.
Someone please tell me what money is

Thanks, that would normally be a good idea but all the statement says online is "date" Invoice reversed and new invoice issued. Unfortunately I'm unable to see any new invoice and details that I could download.
