    This has happened me as well - I've been getting over 60 discount for a while. I know for certain that it isn't something I did - I even checked my details online and my DOB is correct. And it only started happening about 6 months ago.

    TBH I def wouldn't have tried to get the discount but since it's happening I'm happy enough not to notice. I've only been challenged about it once and I was honest and said I had noticed it and had checked online but everything was fine on my account there. She said I should phone and get it sorted but I won't be in any hurry :)
