Under Engine Cover
When driving my 62 plate P308 today the large plastic shroud under the engine came loose and is now hanging low hitting bumps I may go over. Is it necessary to replace this shroud (not sure of the cost) or can it just be removed.

First things first.
Its not that necessary, a bit more aerodynamic and might save a tiny bit of fuel.
Replacement no.
I would look underneath and find where the screws - plastic bolts have come out.
My old car lost a few clips and I just used cable ties.

It normally happens when the garage throw the screws holding it on in the bin instead of putting them back.0
