Redundancy on Maternity Leave

Redundancyissues

I’ve recently found out the company I work for will cease trading soon, they will be going down the liquidation route so redundancy pay etc will need to be claimed off HMRC, I’ve been in this position before so know what to do!
What is different this time though is I’m currently on maternity leave. I know I will have to also claim my SMP from HMRC also but does anyone know how this is done? Do they pay it weekly/monthly/one lump sum? And roughly how long it takes for the claim to be processed?
Also can I claim for PILON and if so how does that work with my SMP?
