Yes, the DCA just sends the same worded letter each time, well, 2 versions, but just change the due date each time. 

A complaint needs to go to Ocean, and the BPA, and your MP, copied to the MP of the location if different, that the prohibited word DIRWY, meaning FINE, has been used on the Welsh language signs.

That is a misrepresentation of authority, and a breach of the BPA CoP.

Oh sorry. I’ll do that in the morning. It’s 3 separate letters today, asking for the £160 on each for the 3 separate “invoices” ..will post pics of them with date etc tomorrow

Which debt collector is doing this?  I need to report it if this is something new.  Not sure it is though if they are demanding £160.  I thought you meant they were demanding just the debt 'fees' in isolation!

Here are the letters - they’re asking for the £160 x 3 again. So I now have 3 companies asking for 3 different amounts. Ocean Parking wanting £100 x 3, Debt Recovery Plus wanting £160 x 3 and CST Law wanting £800!

 1 letter from “law/‘ firm demanding £800 as will have a CCJ which they specified will have serious damage on me personally. 

This amounts to unprofessional conduct imo.  If you agree consider a complaint to the SRA.

Thanks. I will make complaint to the SRA. I’ve emailed my MP and the MP whose constuency the car park is in, as they’re both different by 1 mile!

Complain to your own MP and do a cc 'FYI' to the MP in whose constituency the car park is situated rather than a separate complaint as they can only handle those from their own constituents.  But no harm in them knowing what's going on in their patch.
