Hi all,

I am hoping that some might be able to help and give me some advice

I am claiming UC but suffer from anxiety so recently had a WCA, the assessment came back that I have Limited Capability for Work, however I feel I meet the criteria for the Limited Work Related Activity as well as I don’t leave the house but when I have to for food I’m not aware of hazards as I’m in a daze rushing to get home, also I avoid social situations I use back roads and self service tills

My question is what / how do I go about asking for the LWRA

You need to request the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR) and state the reasons why you think you should have LCWRA. The decision letter you had will give details on how to request this.

No you don’t. You only pay if you want a print version. You can download a pdf for free. Click on the download button.

Hi all

i received a copy of my WCA report today and there are inaccuracies, I have a telephone appt with Citizens Advice next week is there anything I should be doing ?

I would just like to say a huge Thank You for your replies and help

i received a journal message on Tuesday evening and after having CAB make sense of the letter for me they have changed their decision and awarded me LCWRA
