DIY kitchens - what base unit do I need?

This seems like a really silly question but I can't see what the difference is between these base corner units.
I am losing an under counter fridge and want to put a corner unit in it's place so I can add some units and continue the worktop around the corner, similar to the other side. I want to echo the opposite corner although I know it won't be identical. One day we'll re-do the whole kitchen, but for now I just want to make it more practical on a limited budget,
What is the difference between these ones? I only need a shelf but FD99-PWS, FD99-1, FD99-2 and FD99-3 look identical to me. What am I missing?

I can't see a difference either. The FD99-HL-MULTI and FD99-ULT look exactly the same too!
I'd raise a query via https://www.diy-kitchens.com/support/new-ticket.asp if I were you. They might take a few days to get back to you, but they know their stuff and you'll have the answer straight from the horse's mouth, as it were. I suppose you could phone them if you want an immediate reply, but I tend to find I'm more confident in the accuracy of written replies to queries.
Edited to add: I did wonder if playing about with the planner at https://planner.diy-kitchens.com/ might offer a clue, but it only seems to know about one L-shaped corner unit called an FD99!1 -
Thanks, and yes good idea. I was staring at them all for ages and thinking it was just me!0
