Morning
We brought a car in 2014 through motonova finance but my partner and I had just lost our business in 2013 so had no credit rating so we ask my ex father in law to get the finance for us but we paid it into his bank every month are we able to claim or can it only be my ex father In law as we have no contact with him
So not sure where we stand as it was us that paid for our car but the finance was in his name
