Do i need my passport number when booking a flight?

Hi, i want to book a flight with ryanair but my passport is expired and i am about to renew it tomorrow. Can i still book my flights or will they need my passport number etc at the time of booking?

You don't need the info up front with Ryanair, it'll be required at check in, although this is not the case with all airlines.💙💛 💔0

Not at the time of booking, but API is required prior to travel.

Just make sure you give yourself at least 10 weeks before travel as your passport can take that time to process. Probably won’t but you don’t want to give yourself that stress0
