Co ownership. Advice needed***

Hi just looking for advice. I have been accepted for co ownership mortgage. During the application process they asked if I had a partner, children etc. Long story short, I have split with my partner which is why I am now going down this route we have kids and instead of renting (very little options in my area) I would like to buy a house. After giving my decision they sent me this email...

"We advise that we have relied on the information provided during assessment and therefore we will not be allowing any additional adult occupiers in the property.

Further, we advise that if it comes to light at any time during the Co-Ownership process that any of the information provided was false or misleading we reserve the right to withdraw any offer made."

Does this mean that they will never allow me to move anyone into the property for the whole time they are involved? For example I am thinking in the future if I was to meet someone new. Would I not be allowed to move this person into my house? If this is so, surely I have rights on this if I am going to be owning the bigger share of the property. Which I intend to do, and it isnt all down to them what I can and can't do in the property etc.

Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated!
