Football Tour Holiday

Me and a group of friends (6 in total) had decided that we wanted to book a holiday with Football Road Trips LTD. We haven’t actually booked a date but have just stated that we want to go in October and when the fixture list is released for next season we will pick which weekend we want. We’ve all paid a deposit and monthly instalments but now 2 lads have pulled out, and in the terms and conditions it says that any deposits or monthly instalments will not be paid back.

Are they allowed to do this when we actually haven’t even stated a date of when we want to go?

Time to read the T&C's was before you booked.

They won’t even take the £500 already paid and put it towards the rest of outstanding balance for the 4 remaining travellers.

they are just putting it in there back pocket. We have given them 9 months notice.

This is always the danger with booking package trips with a group of friends. Someone is sure to drop out. Maybe it would have been easier to wait until next seasons fixtures came out then organise flights, hotels and tickets yourself.

The Ts&Cs will state that deposits are not refundable.
