Hi
i am very confused and need someone to point in the right direction please. I currently have a virgin credit card with a balance on it. It was a 0% balance transfer card which has now elapsed.

What I’d like to know is what type of card do I need that won’t charge me interest.

It you want to transfer a balance, then a card with a BT offer.
If you want to make purchases, a card with a 0% purchases offer.0 -

If you do a google search, many options will appear. You should do a soft search first, too.
Before you take any action, see the info in this link -

Don't forget you may have to also pay a transfer fee but it's usually well worth it.
Also, it's always a good idea to keep an eye on the 0% balance transfer card you have and try to switch before the offer runs out or you'll be paying interest on the remaining balance (which goes through me now I have become financially savvy - after years of being totally financially careless I have to say!)Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts.
