Boiler fix charge

Options
I'd appreciate your thoughts on whether to query this charge.

Before Xmas, we had a run of boiler issue, with our c.15yo LPG boiler cutting out. Sometimes it'd reset immediately, sometimes it would take a few attempts over a few hours. Then it wouldn't at all. The fan was also making a lot of noise, which I highlighted to them.

A local plumbing firm came out, gave it a light going-over, and cleaned the ignition contacts. It worked for a week or two, then was back to normal.
They came out again, give it a full strip-down service, and it was fine for a month or so, before going back to the problem. They also did a bit of other plumbing work on this visit.
They came out again at the end of January. This time, they diagnosed that the fan was noisy and running slow, and the flue was badly blocked with spiders and webs... They cleaned that out, and it's been fine since.

The fan clearly needs replacing, which I thought they were going to do on that second visit.

I've now received an invoice for that third visit and I'm living up to my user name.

Would you have expected a full strip-down service to include checking and cleaning the flue? It's not a complex flue - just an elbow on top of the boiler and straight out of the wall.
