Annual costs versus pensions provisions calculator spreadsheet

Hi there all - I've tried to create my own spreadsheet that has a number of amendable variables such as

• when I hope to start retirement year, 
• the costs I think I will incur during my retirment period (kids at home, kids leaving for Uni, kids coming back....) - and these will change year on year - so a single figure wont suffice - needs to be amendable by year 
• The projected value of investments (pensions, ISA etc.) 
• Rates of inflation 
• Draw down amounts being considered
• State pension kick-in at 67 y/o
• My wifes inclome and retirement intentions (she might work longer than me...)

 I have something that kinda allows me to play with the variables, and see a monthly cost v income projection to see where I might need to draw down more, draw down less - but Ive not got a lot of confidence in my Excel skills - the pivot tables are begining to get scary!

'm sure this has been asked numerous times - but having searched around for similar free versions around the web - not found anything that does this well for me here in the UK. If anyone has found something that delivers this kind of flexibility - would be really grateful for some pointers as to where it can be found!
