Hermes label change?

The last few labels I have downloaded after booking with hermes are different, 
They are now 1/4 A4 size but formet with cut lines. 1/4 of the page is the label,  1/4 is a packing slip and the other half is empty

I am using A5 adhesive labels so if I print out onto that then the label itself is tiny. If I use A4 then I have to cut them out manually with scissors so they fit on the envelopes and there is a lot of wastage!

Is there any way to change these lables back to single A5 size?
Or at least, any way to split the pdf once downloaded and just print the label part?

You could have a play around with PDF24 creator (free, a download for desktop).  You can print to PDF with lots of different page sizes to see if you can split it then get it back to A5.  I don't know if what you want is possible but worth a try.  Amalgamating them to get 2 labels per A4 sheet certainly is (print 2 pages per sheet), though if you have single labels that's obviously not too useful.

Or, I would inclined to just put A5 paper in the tray and see if your printer still thinks it's A4.  That very much depends on your printer though; the more high-tech they are the less we can force them to do!

You should be able to adjust the label format in the account settings. They seem to randomly reset every now and again to the default setting which is a label plus packing slip per sheet.

The a5 option seems to have vanished?
Along with any of the single label per sheet options?

They seem to have different settings between the classic (old) site and newer one as the A5 options are still showing on the classic site.

Although goodness knows how it's going to change when the classic site is replaced on Monday.

I spent a couple of hours messing about with it last night and have basically given up.
I'm going to wait until the new site goes up and see what happens then.
If it's still not right I will just print the labels in store and they can pay for them themselves!
