This only applies if the NTK was non PoFA compliant and you weren't driving or honestly don't know who was driving.

Also, are DCBL to send their witness statement & evidence to the court aligning to the same deadline as me? Do I receive it in the post?

You and the claimant have the same deadlines and the same instructions. You must both by X date/days before the hearing, send the courts and the other party a combined bundle that you intend to rely on. This will be their/your WS plus evidence.

You've got 4 PCNs hence the amount, I get it now. I'll take a look at this tomorrow as I'll have more time to view. What date do you need to get the WS in for? Just take it all one step at a time, as the advice states from the resident experts get your argument in. Once your side is in then wait for the next step if there is one.
