Trouble contacting Eurostar call centre

I have been trying to get through to the Eurostar call centre for the last week. Once you are through there is a message about technical difficulties then the line goes dead. I am trying to get through to exchange a Eurostar holiday (trains + hotel) and according to the website and ManagemyBooking app there is no other way to arrange an exchange than to call. Has anyone had similar issues or knows of an alternative way of contacting Eurostar? I have tried social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter but received no response.

Did you have any luck with this?  I am trying to do the same for a train + hotel booking but going round in circles.  The phone number sends you to the online contact form which I have now submitted a second request but as my first has gone unanswered for 3 weeks I am not hopeful that I will get a response before my currently booked travel date.

I've had quick responses in the past to comments posted on twitter.  They have several twitter accounts - I think I used @eurostaruk.
