in Credit cards
Morning, my 0% interest free period ends on 21.4.22 with Sainsburys. I still have a balance to pay but it should only be another six months before its cleared. I qualify for the Santander card, I have done the eligibility checker this morning. Am I ok to go ahead with the balance transfer now? I am worried that leaving Sainsburys early would cause me to be charged. I cannot find anything on the statement that says about possible fees for leaving the card before the 0% rate ends and I cant get through on the phone to ask them, because of coronavirus still apparently!? Are Sainsburys likely to extend the interest free period beyond April if I were to ask them, does anyone know? Many thanks in advance

You can BT at any time.
There is nothing in your agreement that allows for interest to be charged for early repayment.
They won't extend as it furthers their losses.1
