A technical hitch is now a billing blunder?  The new click bait.
  • EON staff were advising to make an additional payment last week as the DD failed, so I expect many including myself will pay twice this month now.
I paid knowing this could  happen, I can afford it and may well be grateful for the additional payment later in the year as other costs increase.

  • I contacted Eon because my direct debit wasn’t taken and I was worried there was a problem. Their  reply was…
“hope youre well. theres nothing to worry about, it was an error on our end, our system deleted some of the march payments. you can make a one off payment for this months direct debit on your online account. Cheers,”

Good job I didn’t pay as the following day, I received an e-mail to say the direct debit would be taken on the 15th March.
