Selling nearly new tyres?

Massive mistake this am. My leased mercedes failed mot on tyres (yeh I should have checked first!) and all the mot place had was budget ones. Checked reviews and they seem OK.
BUT,
its going back in 12 months (prob 15k miles) and its got to have premium tyres on it to go back.
Prob do about 15k miles between now and then - might as well get the decent premium ones now (there should be tread left to return the car) and use them for the year rather than stump up £500 in a year and give them the car back with brand new tyres (after using these budgets for a year).
OK these budgets only cost £60 each but its still £240. What are my chances of getting anything for these on ebay/gumtree?

So, the budget tyres are £60 including fitting, balancing, etc. Actual cost of the tyres £20 - £30. Second hand, probably not worth the bother.0

There will always be someone who wants to buy them for the right price. It's just a matter of how much you're prepared to lose on them and what size the tyres are. Something exotic won't fit on John the chavs corsa.0

I've bought pre-worn but generally in bigger/more expensive sizes and for the premium brands - often you can pick up a pair but unusual for 4 to be available
Key issue is postage cost and subsequent fitting
Can't imagine you netting much more than £100 for the set1 -

One benefit of keeping the budget tyres on the car and then putting on the branded tyres when you have to return the lease vehicle is that reduces the possibility of the branded tyres being damaged between now and then and you end up paying twice.2

I've found it pretty successful selling used tyres on Facebook marketplace. You might get £20 for them but it's something backRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.3
