ParcelForce - No Receipt & Lost Tracking Number.

Hi folks,
Hoping someone can advise me here as i'm a bit lost.
I used ParcelForce to book a delivery for a large, expensive item.
I booked it using the uplift from home service with the driver bringing the postage lavel and during the booking i'm fairly sure it asked for my email address and mobile number. But i didn't create an account with them.
Monday comes and the driver came and collected the parcel and all was well.
I went to check my emails today however to check on the tracking of the item and i've noticed that no emails from Parcelforce are in my mailbox. Not spam or anything.
I checked my texts in my phone, and it's the same issue.
I just expected to be sent out a receipt of some kind for my booking but i don't seem to have received one.
I reached out to Parcelforce on Twitter / Facebook for help but no response yet.
They don't seem to have a customer service team i can email and when you call the customer service number it appears to be 100% automated and it's impossible to speak to someone. So since there is no option to fit my query it's impossible to solve it on the phone.
Any suggestions? I checked my bank statement for the payment but apart from the amount and confirming it was paid to parcelforce i don't have any more information.

The labels I've had are in two parts, one half goes on the parcel, the other is given as a receipt.
If social media doesn't yield a response maybe worth a check on Google for the number of the depot that will be handling the delivery, they can possibly look up the parcel via the postcode.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
