phone contract whilst buying house - really panicking

Personally I don't understand the whole upgrade your phone every year, it may have been worth it during the first 5/10 years of the smart phone but these days hardly anything changes between models.1

In your case, just get a replacement sim card for the old phone you have and continue the contract.0 -
