Well there's nothing not to like about a giant loaf of bread, is there now! I do have visions of it coming out the exact shape of the oven though, complete with embedded shelf!
Glad you had a lovely christmas but also that you have plans in hand to make it a bit less hectic next year - having managed to shrug off some of the running about all over the place aspects of Christmas, I can heartily recommend it!

Haha EH - I checked on it after 10 mins and decided to move the shelf down so that it didn’t encompass the element! It’s quite enormous and has gone back in for another 10 mins as I wasn’t sure it was entirely cooked through. Has stuck slightly to the pan, but think that must be where I missed the flour/oil.
