Electricity was provided by Peoples Energy
I have just received my last bill from Peoples energy and they have got my electricity final bill over a £1,000 to much as the reading they have is wrong to what i sent in, how do i correct this and get my money credited over to British Gas correctly as at the moment the credit to move over is £181, which is incorrect.
I have cancelled my DD with british gas as they are wanting £192 a month, but i should be paying less and i have over £1,000 credit to come ? HELP
