    That’s a ideal standard tap, think they are called starlight??
    Or maybe tulip ?, the ceramic head pulls off, then remove the plastic cover the remove the cartridge, most probably as Bendy said it needs silicone grease. On the spindle.
    Are you one of the small people showering under that tap.
