Hi everyone! I bought my flat back in September and since, I have been using a lot of electricity. Even if all the radiators are switched off all day (we have electric radiators) and barely use lights, TV etc., we are using about 18kWh (£4) of electricity a day. That's an unusual choice.

The storage heaters didn't work and the electrician recommended either oil radiators or panel heaters, and I chose oil ones because they retain heat.

Obviously that's your choice, but the running costs are among the highest you could have.
