Ticketmaster refund

Looking for help. An event I had purchased tickets for in 2019 has now been cancelled. Ticketmaster advised that refunds were made in December 2021. Unfortunately the credit card company that I used no longer exist and do not accept refunds. Ticketmaster have admitted that the money has bounced back to them but don't seem to be willing to give me the money that is owed to me. Every message says that the finance team will email me but they haven't, I first spoke to them in December about this.

Did you ever get anywhere with this? I am the exact same position as you. Event cancelled in December, finally admitted in Feb the refund had bounced back, sent me a form in May to fill in new account details but still no refund. It’s a joke not being able to contact them other than by email. I’m at a loss what to do as the last message I got back said ‘as this is now a past event we cannot help you’
